  1. We had a perfect vacation and agree that Casa Nita is a comfortable, wonderfully furnished and equipped, special home. Our first time staying on this side of the island and we loved it.

  2. Thank you for a truly wonderful holiday. The house is perfect. We shall remember the marvelous view from the deck and the sun rising over the sea. We go home maybe a little heavier, but feeling younger. Snorkeling is great- a whole new world to experience. We went out for the day on “Breath” with Peter and Dorothy Muilenburg and had a truly wonderful day. One suggestion: a list of churches and service times would be helpful.
    Many thanks again,

  3. We had a delightful visit made perfect by having your idyllic home to stay in. Thank you for sharing it with us. We had mostly sunshine punctuated by a mild storm and loved every minute of it. Lucy’s, Skinny’s and All You Can Eat Shrimp Night at the Lime Inn were highlights. Thanks for letting us enjoy St. John in such style!

  4. Well if words exist to describe this place, they elude me. Unequalled are the vistas, incomparable the total combination of smells and skin-felt sensations, incalculable the number of irreplaceable moments. Bon voyage all you sea creatures and hummingbirds and warm breezes!

Casa Nita is a three-bedroom, three-bath villa with a thoughtful design that makes it perfect for a family or three couples.  It is located in a pristine and quiet area on the south side of St. John, with epic sweeping ocean views. The villa offers absolute privacy but is conveniently located, near  the hamlet of Coral Bay with lively and affordable restaurants and Caribbean charm.  Roads are paved in the Zimmerman/Quacco area right up to the house.

With spectacular ocean views, tradewind breezes in every room, and the sound of the surf to lull you to sleep, Casa Nita offers the luxury of comfort and privacy in an epic setting, overlooking John's Folly on St. John's south side near Coral Bay, a hamlet of persistent Caribbean charm graced by friendly locals and abundant wildlife.

The spacious Great Room opens onto a balcony with magnificent views and invites family gatherings with elegant furnishings and generous dining areas.

The chef's kitchen is appointed with first class amenities and a large dining island, where friends and family can gather to prepare a meal.  The dining room table, barbecue grill, and a sixty-five foot wraparound deck invite guests to share memorable meals together, graced by private ocean views and cooling tradewinds.

The Queen sized bedroom on the main level offers private ocean views, high ceiling with ceiling fan, and air conditioning.

The view of John's Folly, with Leduck Island, and the pristine green amble down to the water seduce guests with peace.

The three bedrooms are equally spacious and each have a private full bath, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and sweeping views.

Three twin sized beds are in the east lower level bedroom

"We had a wonderful time on St. John. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back! The Casa Nita suited our family perfectly. My husband, I, our three boys, and my Mom all enjoyed the accommodations. Plenty of room for all of us. By the end of the week we were calling it home.

We explored many of the beautiful beaches but found Cinnamon to be our favorite! Lameshure was a goodie too but an interesting drive in. the food was great on the Island, everywhere we ate was delicious. We really liked Pickles for breakfast and Shipwreck and Aqua bistro for dinner. Really not a bad restaurant on the Island. We’ve certainly found a slice of Paradise here on St. John and hope to return again soon. Thank you!"
