This custom rock and masonry villa, designed with Mediterranean flair, features open living areas that flow seamlessly onto expansive ocean-view decks. The great room is comfortably furnished and ideal for gathering, dining, or simply enjoying the view. Fine art and thoughtful details enhance every space.

There is a bedroom on each level of the home, each with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms -- all are accessed from the outside of the home.
