Anchorage Aweigh is an exquisite two-bedroom villa perched above Coral Bay Harbor, offering sweeping views of the turquoise waters below. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation and privacy, the villa features a centrally located pool and expansive pool deck—perfect for soaking up the Caribbean sun while enjoying panoramic harbor views.
The main living area opens to the pool deck, with interior stairs leading down to the lower-level bedroom. Air conditioning is provided in both bedrooms for comfortable nights after warm island days. A/C is in the bedrooms only

Adjacent to the main villa—but completely separate—is a one-bedroom cottage where the owners stay only a few weeks out of the year. Both homes were intentionally designed to face different directions, ensuring privacy for all guests.

Just a 2-minute drive down the hill brings you to Coral Bay’s small but lively hub, featuring waterfront restaurants, casual bars, live music, small shops, and a local market.
Some of St. John’s most beautiful and less-crowded beaches are just minutes away, including:
Salt Pond Bay – great for snorkeling and hiking
Haulover Bay (East & West) – pristine and uncrowded
Hansen Bay – calm waters and excellent snorkeling
Little Lameshur & Great Lameshur Bays – untouched National Park gems
Nearby access to Virgin Islands National Park trails makes this an ideal home base for hiking, snorkeling, kayaking, and exploring the island’s natural beauty.

Occupancy & Bedroom Access
Villa rates are based on the number of bedrooms reserved. Generally, one bedroom is provided for every two guests. For example, a reservation for 2 guests includes access to 1 bedroom. The second bedroom will remain locked. If you require the second bedroom, please book for the corresponding occupancy level (4).
The number of guests staying at the villa may not exceed the number included in and paid for under the reservation. Additional guests must be approved and paid for before arrival.
This bedroom allocation policy does not apply to Christmas or Presidents' Week reservations. During these periods, guests have access to the entire villa.
