Welcome to Emerald Isles Villa, a beautiful 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat tucked away on Spice Hill on Bordeaux Mountain. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, this inviting villa combines comfortable island living with spectacular views stretching across the green hills and turquoise waters of St. John.

Inside, you'll find a bright, spacious open floor plan with high wood-beamed ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and plenty of windows and doors that let the famous Caribbean breezes flow throughout the home. Both bedrooms feature comfortable king beds and private en-suite bathrooms, making the villa ideal for couples, families, or two friends traveling together. Both bedrooms are located on the lower level of the home, while the kitchen, dining and living areas are located on the upper level. The bedrooms are accessed by a staircase on the inside of the house. Backup power provides extra comfort and peace of mind during your stay.

Beach chairs, turkish beach towels and a cooler is provided for your convenience.

A virtual guide is provided upon booking. The guide provides information about how to get to St. John, car rental suggestions, as well as restaurant, hiking and beach info. It will help eliminate a lot of research time on your end!

Outside, enjoy your own private pool and spacious terrace, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring, relaxing with a good book, or enjoying an evening cocktail while watching the sun dip over the surrounding mountains. The outdoor dining area and grill make it easy to enjoy leisurely meals surrounded by the spectacular scenery.

Emerald Isles is conveniently located about 10–15 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and local amenities, while St. John’s beautiful North Shore beaches are approximately 20 minutes away. Spend your days snorkeling at Maho Bay, swimming at Trunk Bay, hiking the trails of Virgin Islands National Park, exploring Cinnamon Bay, kayaking through calm waters, or heading out on a sailing or boating adventure.

When you're ready to explore beyond the villa, discover the laid-back charm of Coral Bay, browse local shops and galleries, enjoy fresh island cuisine, or grab tacos at the famous floating Lime Out.
