Upon arriving in St. Thomas, you will either be taking a taxi or your rental car to the ferry terminal. See directions below for both options.
**We do not recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time as plans can change and there are no refunds or exchanges.
Taxis are located outside of the baggage claim area. Let a taxi driver know which ferry terminal you're leaving from. Taxis are cash only, so be sure to bring plenty of cash with you as "cash is king" in the islands. Click here to view taxi rates so you know how much cash to bring.
There are 2 passenger ferry terminals: Red Hook (30 min. drive) and Crown Bay (10 min. drive.) Most people end up taking the Red Hook ferry because they leave every hour and Crown Bay has very limited ferry service. Based on your flight arrival time, you can determine which ferry is best for you.
The port in St. John where you'll be arriving is called, Cruz Bay.
