Notes
Please note that rates are based on occupancy. For example, if you have 4 people in your party, 2 bedrooms will be available to you. The remaining bedrooms will be locked. If you require the lower level of the house, additional rates will apply. The total occupancy permitted in the villa is restricted to the number of guests who have booked and paid. Any additional guest must pay before arrival or vacate the premises immediately. If you have rented the home for Christmas or President's week, the above guideline does not apply as you are paying for the whole home.
