Third Bedroom (Loft): King bed, unique ceiling and lighting design; open loft-style room without a closing door.

Located just minutes from Leinster Bay and Salt Pond Bay, guests enjoy access to some of St. John’s most beautiful and less-crowded beaches, known for calm waters, excellent snorkeling, and scenic coastal views. The south shore is also a gateway to iconic hiking trails, including Ram Head Trail, Salt Pond Bay Trail, and nearby routes on Bordeaux Mountain, offering unforgettable views of the Caribbean Sea and Virgin Islands National Park.

Coral Bay—with restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops—is only 15 minutes away, providing convenience without sacrificing seclusion.
