Island Breeze is an attractively decorated and thoughtfully designed 3 Bedroom,3 Bath masonry villa. The private suite downstairs is perfect for anyone who would like to be more secluded from the main living area. It can also be closed off as a 2 bedroom,2 bath villa with full acess to the spa and all decks. (Be sure to watch the video below.)
Located at the end of a paved private road in the laid-back area of Coral Bay. Enjoy serene views of the harbor and surrounding Bordeaux Mountains. The villa is only a short distance to a collection of eclectic shops, galleries and excellent affordable restaurants. Spectacular National Park beaches and hiking trails are only a short drive away.
Relax in this open living villa with all the comforts of home, including WIFI, cable TV, movie/music library, washer/dryer, gas grill, games, beach toys and more.
All rooms enjoy cypress vaulted ceilings, arched windows,ceiling fans and cooling trade wind breezes.
Early risers will be delighted by the gorgeous sunrises. For the perfect end to your day relax in the spa for amazing star gazing in the moonlight on the open deck.

The granite countered cook's kitchen is generously supplied with pots, pans,chef cutlery and assorted gadgets. The laundry room is off the kitchen.
The East bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king sized bed to accomodate your needs.
The East bathroom has a granite vanity and private outdoor shower that is a big hit with guests. Shower while gazing at the tropical plantings at the secluded back of the villa.
The West bedroom has a queen size bed. It is decorated with local artists' works as in the rest of the villa.
The West bathroom en suite bath has a glass block shower and granite vanity.
The third bedroom is more private on the lower level. It has a large bathroom and two twin sized beds that can be made into a king bed to accomodate your needs.
Dine al fresco on the covered deck and enjoy the impressive harbor and tropical views. For added entertainment feed the banana quits and hummingbirds and watch their antics!

Second visit to St John, But this time we brought the kids (all in their 20s) We all very much enjoyed the house! We liked Haulover north for snorkeling, Maho Bsy for turtle watching , and Skinny Legs for burgers & drinks. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home. The hot tub was great for relaxing when we didn’t go to the beach (or after we went) Hope we can make it back here again!

This was our 4th and by far our best visit to STJ. The deck was a dream in the early morning, the spa was the perfect way to unwind after playing with our kids on the beach. Our second morning here we even got to experience a pretty significant earthquake – Island Breeze held up great, only the little fairy garden out back suffered any damage 🙂
The extra fans and the extra towels were such a nice touch. The management team was also first class from start to finish.
Coral Bay is a special place on this Earth ENJOY!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Island Breeze. Everything is so well thought out, and the design, layout and decor are wonderful. We felt right at home! We think the new porch furniture are very comfy – great choice. And the hot tub was wonderful each night to unwind in.
This was a snorkel focused trip for us. We visited Saltpond (eh) , Brown Bay (always a crowd pleaser), Jumbie Bay, Trunk Bay (new and fun), Haulover (eh) Francis Bay and waterlemon Bay (the cay is always fun to swim around) We saw a lot of turtles and rays at Waterlemon, beautiful coral at Brown Bay and Jumbie, and a variety of fish at Francis, Waterlemon and Jumbie.
Evenings were relaxed, cooking in the kitchen and eating on the porch. The hose outside also made cleaning off the sea and sand easy (and probably less water) from our snorkel gear (huge bonus!)
We appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into everything, and look forward to our next stay!

Wonderful 2 weeks @ Island Breeze and Coral Bay! Up every morning with the roosters to watch the sunrise and have coffee.
hit the beaches by 9;15 – 9;30 and snorkeled the bays @ Salt Pond, Little Lameshur, Maho, Saltbottom, Hansen, Waterlemon, and best of all both sides of Haulover. always a magical vacation on St John. Flyaway Charters for 1/2 day snorkel tour, Grateful Day charter for sunset sail, loved them both.
