As guests enter our island home, “A Love & Beyond,” they will immediately understand that the house is a reflection of our love for St. John and especially the peaceful, idyllic, Caribbean paradise that is Coral Bay. We have been collecting dreams and ideas for the house for decades, and are so pleased to open our doors and welcome our first guests in 2022. Everything in A Love & Beyond has been designed for your ease and enjoyment, from the colorful and comforting furnishings and the well-stocked kitchen with all new appliances and amenities - to the central air, large ceiling fans, inviting showers, and windows that afford 180-degree breathtaking views. Custom countertops are a piece of art that feature seashells and sea glass we have collected over time. We imagine that your favorite feature may be the spacious covered porches with cozy furniture for reading or resting, as you catch constant trade winds and are mesmerized by the changing shadows on the lush hillsides.
A Love & Beyond, nestled on Seagrape Hill, offers two separate, private, studio suite apartments that each sleep two. Both the upper suite “Sunrise,” and the lower level, “Sunset,” feature full kitchens and master baths, luxurious queen beds with special bedding and lovingly handmade cotton quilts, grills, private patios, and expansive views of both Coral Harbor and out to the BVI and the great beyond. The whole property can be reserved as one rental (upper & lower suites) for parties of four.
Coral Bay is what you might imagine as the classic American, rustic and authentic, Caribbean hamlet. Hiking trails through the historically significant Caribbean landscape and world-class beaches are just minutes away. Quaint gift shops, live music, unforgettable restaurants, and countless wandering goats and donkeys abound.
We are powered by the sun. The home features Endphase solar power walls, to minimize our impact on the power grid and to prevent guests from ever losing power. We offer free Wi-Fi as well as smart TVs, washer & dryer off the upper apartment, and supplies for an easy day at the beach, like towels, coolers and beach chairs. Additionally, A Love & Beyond features private parking on a quiet road, with little to no traffic and high privacy.

Love and Beyond – Sunrise Apartment.
Love and Beyond is a new home, built for the short term rental market. Love and Beyond is an artist’s home and features 2 tastefully decorated apartments perched atop Sea Grape Hill, with fully paved roads and easy on-site parking.
Sunrise occupies the upper level and boasts mesmerizing views of Coral Bay and beyond to the British Virgins. You will find a full kitchen, full AC, front and back porches, wifi, washer dryer. The front porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a sundowner and watch the boats return to Coral Bay.
Love and Beyond is a very convenient drive to any of the shops, grocery stores and restaurants in Coral Bay. You are a 10 minute drive to the entrance of North Shore Road and the pristine National Park Beaches, great snorkeling on the East End, and Salt Pond on the South Shore.
This sweet little home is a couple’s paradise, or reserve both levels for 2 couples, enjoy your time together but have a private space to retire to.

We stayed in Sunset and it was perfect! My husband and I wanted a nice place on the Coral Bay side with a great view and private deck. This was a perfect fit for our vacation to the island (we have been to StJohn many times). The home was immaculate with more than enough space for two. The unit has a full kitchen with new appliances so you can choose to cook at home or plan breakfast and lunches from home. The private deck is very nice sized and has comfortable furniture to enjoy relaxing or dining. The large doors with screens keep the breeze moving and there is AC if you need it (although we did not need it). The view of Coral Bay harbor and surrounding hillside neighborhoods is gorgeous day and night. The location is really great – just up SeaGrape hill behind RhumbLines and SkinnyLegs dining options. We also happened to get to meet the owners during our visit and they are the best! This home is an ideal choice for a couple (or two couples if you book both sunset and sunrise apartments). We highly recommend and will book again.
We stayed in the Sunrise Apartment for our honeymoon vacation! It’s a lovely home and perfect for a couple or a small family. My husband and I enjoyed the stunning views out the panoramic glass doors and the ample breezes from all the windows. Plus, if you look at other places you can stay on the island you will see that staying here is a real steal! Coral Bay is also a great place to stay. It’s much less busy than Cruz Bay and gives you the opportunity to truly relax on your island getaway.
