Mornin’ Glory sits on a hillside overlooking tranquil Coral Bay and out towards East End. Conveniently located a few paces beyond the center of Coral Bay, Mornin’ Glory guests can easily enjoy restaurants and shops nearby while still enjoying the peace and quiet of a private villa. Enjoy sweeping views of the Caribbean waters and cool breeze from the broad front porch. The same incredible view can be enjoyed from every room in the house, including the master shower. The great room is open with the kitchen set up a few steps above and a bedroom alcove tucked in on the same level. The villa can sleep six guests with a king in the master, a queen in the alcove and a queen in the studio below. The upstairs is perfect for a couple and small children. For two couples or families with older children, we suggest renting the entire home which includes the studio below. Guests sleeping in the alcove will have to share the master bath. Mornin’ Glory is comfortable and affordable with all the conveniences of home like a full kitchen, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and beach accessories. It will be a pleasure returning from a glorious beach day to relax in the open and inviting space that this home offers. The look and feel of Mornin’ Glory is parallel to the styling of quaint Caribbean décor with bright colours and tropical furnishings. Guests will feel that they are getting a unique and authentic St. John experience

  1. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our first trip to St John! Mornin’ Glory is a beautiful place & we enjoyed spending our mornings an evenings on the porch. The outdoor shower really is one on the best parts of the place!
We enjoyed dinner @ Skinny Legs (2x) Miss Lucy’s, Salty Mongoose, & Rhumb Lines. The drinks & burgers at Skinny Legs are the BEST!
We were able to snorkel at Maho w/ the turtles, Salt Pond with the beautiful coral, Cinnamon & Trunk! Our favorite for snorkeling was Salt Pond & Maho. Trunk and Cinnamon ha the best beaches!
We can’t wait to plan our next trip & bring the kids!

  2. So thankful for our Mornin’ Glory home away from home. Just what our family needed – hearing the waves roll in – the windblow through the house watching the moon – full this week – cast a spell on the bay. Marveling over how much the color of the ocean changes during the day and of course the snorkeling! Our 2nd time to St John – kids teenagers this trip and it was fun to share this experience with them through older eyes – mine & theirs. Favorites? Skinny Legs, Salt Pond Bay – hiking the trails – Cinnamon Bay Beach – snorkeling. Maho with the turtles – evenings reading on the deck & time together – Who wouldn’t love this home – The outdoor shower under the full moon and the time together making memories.

  3. Mornin’ Glory was the perfect location for us. Super quiet and Coral Bay was a delight. The easterly trade winds cooled Mornin’ Glory down each and every morning. No need for AC here! The sun porch was perfect for yoga and coffee. We loved Salt Pond, Lameshur, and East side: Haulover the most. Fewer people and fewer or no amenities at all. Just excellent snorkeling and long/short beaches of white sand. Northside was Francis beach & Cinnamon were A+ Skinny Legs grilled mahi sandwich
and Columbos smoothies & quinoa salad / chicken salad sandwich were amazing!
Arawak fishing charter, Capt. Dustinput us on Tarpon with our fly rods and Dockside Dinghy @ Coral Bay were excellent methods of seeing St John by water. So fun!!
We need another week here so we will see you again soon for a longer stay.
