  1. Our family of six stayed at Palladio’s View in June 2021 and we loved it. We wanted to be on the Coral Bay side of the island for the low-key vibe, so this house was a great find. The view from the deck is truly amazing. Lots of indoor and outdoor space so we never felt cramped. Ever-present breezes meant no need for AC. Beach chairs were provided and we used them almost every day. Plenty of beaches to choose from within a 20-minute drive (plus hiking!); a handful of restaurants were open in Coral Bay; a couple markets in town for buying supplies for cooking at home. It was a wonderful stay!

  2. Wonderful views, coastal breezes, spacious for multi family group enjoyment! Would stay again.”

  3. “Our family loved our stay in St John! This home has stunning views from the large deck!! Sunrise on the deck shouldn’t be missed! We enjoyed refreshing plunges in the pool, star gazing in the hot tub, family movie nights, and trying out as many beautiful beaches as possible! The Coral Bay side of the island is very relaxed and has its own unique vibe, but keep in mind it’s a 30 plus minute drive to Cruz Bay. We loved our stay and LOVE St John!!”

  4. Plans for St Thomas in 2020 got cancelled due to COVID-19. My husband, the trip planner, quickly started looking into accommodations for later on and came upon Windspree (plus we have good friends who visit St John annually for the past 15+ years and use Windspree) Looking at the website pics,I tried to not get too excited because the pics made PV look amazing. The pics were accurate in depicting the house, amenities, and view (needless to say, much better in real life). One of THE MOST relaxing and truly beautiful vacations we’ve had. The food, service + ambiance of the restaurants we visited were a wonderful experience, (Aqua Bistro, Miss Lucy’s, Skinny Legs, Windmill, Shambles, Tap Room, Tap & Still) We rented a boat for a day thru Island Flavor (Captain Kareem “Rimo” for snorkeling + visited / snorkeled at at least 5 beaches, seeing sting rays + sea turtles, enjoyed tacos at Lime Out and cocktails at Lovango. Thoroughly enjoyed Discover Scuba (beginners) thru Low Key Water Sports (excellent staff – Serenity, JR & Capt) Hiked Reef Bay trail to Petroglyphs + Cinnamon Bay Trails. (both). Walked to the top of Calabash Boom (very picturesque) Thank you Zoerb family, for sharing our beautiful home. I felt like I was in paradise the moment I arrived. I enjoyed scouring the outside every morning for “friends”, ie, geckos, anoles birds, land crab (saw all) A fawn even visited strolllingalong the south side of the pool. Breathtaking view. Beautiful moonlight nights. Very homey + had everything we needed. Enjoyable layout with pool, hot tub, + patio table. Nooks and crannies to utilize for shade, if desired. Beautiful flowers. Enjoyed the singing of the birds + whatever makes the beautiful chirping sounds in evenings. I really did not intend to write such a long note but there ae so, so many things we enjoyed that I wished to point out. Thank you again, Zoerb family for sharing your “paradise home” 🙂
P.S. The beach chairs came in handy at Maho Beach.

The villa Palladio's View sits elegantly on a hillside in Calabash Boom at the Coral Bay end of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, offering spectacular views across Coral Reef National Monument and St. John's East End to the British Virgins (Tortola, Peter and Norman Islands, and Virgin Gorda) and beyond.

Palladio's View ( St. John USVI ), which is only a short distance from the glorious beaches of the Virgin Islands National Park, is fully equipped with all of the amenities required for comfortable living: gas range, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, cable TV, DVD, propane grill and more.

The villa is Danish West Indian in concept, yet evokes the style of Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio. Comfortably able to accommodate up to six persons, Palladio's View is at once private and open to nature's wonders.

The blue roofs, arched windows, and colorful shutters of Palladio's View are an aesthetic delight.

The lower bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area are connected by a tiled screened gallery, which is furnished with comfortable wicker couches.

A few steps lead down to a large spa and then to the pool, from which one can idly observe the passage of wind-filled sails and star-filled skies.

Steps lead from the gallery and covered decks to an open sun deck, which is furnished with chaises, chairs and table for outdoor dining.

Sit back and relax in sun or shade on the deck of Palladio's View.

On yet a lower level you will find the spa deck where one or several can relax in the spacious 7'10" hexagon spa and view the matchless Caribbean night skies.
