  1. This was our 1st time to USVI. We were so impressed with the beaches of St. John. Our favorites were 1) Cinnamon 2) Maho 3) Salt Pond Bay. These were our favorites for the sandy bottoms, clear water, and small crowds. For groceries, best place is Dolphin Market in Cruz Bay. We loved the Tap Room enjoying some local brews. PV was the perfect place to return after long days in the sun and at the beach for a peaceful quiet evening. The hot tub was perfect under the stars. As outsiders coming to St. John, we are all for “Saving Coral Bay”. We loved the peaceful country side away from the hustle and bustle of Cruz Bay. The wildlife, easy-going atmosphere of Coral Bay needs to stay the same. Thank you PV for an amazing place to call “our home” on St. John.

  2. Our 1st trip to St. John for our honeymoon! And we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The views from this villa are amazing- loved the sunrise. We couldn’t have asked for better weather or friendlier people. Our favorite beaches were Trunk and Francis, but loved snorkelling @ Salt Pond and Maho! Watch out for the “great barracuda” at Salt Pond. We loved eating at La Tapa and Morgans Mango and loved watching the sunset from the bar at Ocean 362. We are so amazed by the islands resiliency after the storms – we can’t wait to be back to see her in her full glory! Thank you PV for being a home base for our unforgettable honeymoon!

  3. Our 8 day stay at PV was utterly amazing. The villa far exceeds our expectations and was such a joy to come home to every night after a long day at the beach. It has been miraculous to see how much the island has already recovered! We cannot wait to return to this mesmerizing place that we love – St. John. After this wonderful week, we very much hope to stay at PV on future visits, as we cant imagine any other place matching its views. Counting the days until we can return!

  4. Palladio’s View survived hurricane Irma! (and Maria). Although our guest book took a bit of a hit . This is my second trip back to St. John since the storms in September. My dad (Larry), brother, friends and I spent Christmas here in December but we were so busy getting the house back in working shape that we forgot to write in the book. Palladio’s View sustained only minor damages from the hurricanes. We waited on baited breath in New Jersey for almost 2 weeks before hearing from a neighbour that all was ok. It was gut wrenching worrying not only for our home but for all of the wonderful friends we have made here in Coral Bay and on St. John. We feel very fortunate to have had such little damage – it is remarkable to think that 200 mph winds blew through Calabash Boom, and we only lost some shower tile and a few shutters. We believe that our guardian angel (my mom) had a hand in protecting her dream home. Since September, my dad and our good friend have worked tirelessly to prepare PV for guests again. We have a new roof over the dining table, new solar batteries behind the house, a new railing around the hot tub, and soon-to-be new shower tile. We hope you continue to enjoy our home as much as we do for many years to come. I see big changes in the island just since December. The biggest is that there are people here again! It’s wonderful to see the parking lot at Trunk Bay full once again. WAPA power and Broadband have been restored, the clean up efforts continue to amaze, the vegetation has recovered tremendously, and Pickles is open! The resiliency of this tiny island and its people is awe-inspiring. Thank you for sharing your time here at PV! We love reading your stories!

The villa Palladio's View sits elegantly on a hillside in Calabash Boom at the Coral Bay end of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, offering spectacular views across Coral Reef National Monument and St. John's East End to the British Virgins (Tortola, Peter and Norman Islands, and Virgin Gorda) and beyond.

Palladio's View ( St. John USVI ), which is only a short distance from the glorious beaches of the Virgin Islands National Park, is fully equipped with all of the amenities required for comfortable living: gas range, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, cable TV, DVD, propane grill and more.

The villa is Danish West Indian in concept, yet evokes the style of Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio. Comfortably able to accommodate up to six persons, Palladio's View is at once private and open to nature's wonders.

The blue roofs, arched windows, and colorful shutters of Palladio's View are an aesthetic delight.

The lower bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area are connected by a tiled screened gallery, which is furnished with comfortable wicker couches.

A few steps lead down to a large spa and then to the pool, from which one can idly observe the passage of wind-filled sails and star-filled skies.

Steps lead from the gallery and covered decks to an open sun deck, which is furnished with chaises, chairs and table for outdoor dining.

Sit back and relax in sun or shade on the deck of Palladio's View.

On yet a lower level you will find the spa deck where one or several can relax in the spacious 7'10" hexagon spa and view the matchless Caribbean night skies.

Enjoy top notch cooking with this fully equipped kitchenand open bar allows you to serve your family and guests with ease.

Two master bedrooms have king size beds, open via sliding doors onto covered decks, and have connecting baths with private outdoor showers.

Wake up each morning to amazing sunrises and crystal clear blue water.

The third bedroom, located on the top-most level, provides even more distant views.

Be sure to come and visit St. John USVI. It will be a vacation you will always remember.
