The villa Palladio's View sits elegantly on a hillside in Calabash Boom at the Coral Bay end of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, offering spectacular views across Coral Reef National Monument and St. John's East End to the British Virgins (Tortola, Peter and Norman Islands, and Virgin Gorda) and beyond.
Palladio's View ( St. John USVI ), which is only a short distance from the glorious beaches of the Virgin Islands National Park, is fully equipped with all of the amenities required for comfortable living: gas range, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, cable TV, DVD, propane grill and more.
The villa is Danish West Indian in concept, yet evokes the style of Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio. Comfortably able to accommodate up to six persons, Palladio's View is at once private and open to nature's wonders.
The blue roofs, arched windows, and colorful shutters of Palladio's View are an aesthetic delight.
The lower bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area are connected by a tiled screened gallery, which is furnished with comfortable wicker couches.
A few steps lead down to a large spa and then to the pool, from which one can idly observe the passage of wind-filled sails and star-filled skies.
Steps lead from the gallery and covered decks to an open sun deck, which is furnished with chaises, chairs and table for outdoor dining.
Sit back and relax in sun or shade on the deck of Palladio's View.
On yet a lower level you will find the spa deck where one or several can relax in the spacious 7'10" hexagon spa and view the matchless Caribbean night skies.
Enjoy top notch cooking with this fully equipped kitchenand open bar allows you to serve your family and guests with ease.
Two master bedrooms have king size beds, open via sliding doors onto covered decks, and have connecting baths with private outdoor showers.
Wake up each morning to amazing sunrises and crystal clear blue water.
The third bedroom, located on the top-most level, provides even more distant views.
Be sure to come and visit St. John USVI. It will be a vacation you will always remember.
Convenient and spacious floor plan
Palladio's View is a non-smoking villa.
Amazing views! Loved having a private pool and hot tub . Perfect spot for stargazing at night.

We had a wonderful week. The views were so beautiful. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and very clean. The place was well-kept and so well-stocked. Finally, an airbnb with food storage containers! It was super clean and comfortable. Everything was so quiet (except the birds and night creatures). My only regret is that we didn’t spend more time enjoying the house since we were out so much exploring St. John for the first time. We arrived in the rain and dark with great directions from the host, road was terrifying but we got used to it as the week went on. I cannot wait to return and would book again in a heartbeat.

We just spent a fabulous week here! We loved the moon lit hot tub nights and sunny pool days! It was wonderful to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the beautiful decks! Yes, decks! There are many levels and very comfy seating. The kitchen had everything we needed and very organized. Enough linens that we did not even need to worry about washing clothes. It is an adventure traveling up the hill and the view and visitors we ran into on the way made it very enjoyable. Everything from donkeys, deer to wonderful locals. We had everything we needed when visiting the beaches too! Chairs, coolers, and beach towels! We definitely would stay here again! Thank you!! Pamela Dec 2021
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary! Our property managers at Windspree were a delight to work with. We had continuous conversation leading up to the trip. They helped us book our boat excursions. They reached out to us the day before arrival with clear directions to the home and instructions on entry. Upon arrival, we knew the drive up the hill was going to be an adventure, there is a YouTube video online if you want to see for yourself. Having a 4×4 Jeep made it a breeze and we became comfortable with the road up and down after a few days. The home was beautiful and clean. Just to note there is no air conditioning but there is always a breeze and the home always remained cool throughout our stay. With all the windows open and all the animal noises outside, tree frogs, it felt like we were camping outside, without the bugs. We didn’t swim too much in the pool but did enjoy several evenings in the hot tub. We would most definitely recommend this place to everyone and would stay here again.
