Pummelo Loft is a fully air-conditioned efficiency studio apartment that can be rented alone, or together with 2 other studio apartments in the same building (Clementine and Key Lime Lofts)
The Pummelo Loft is a chic, comfortable, tastefully-appointed, affordable studio. Pummelo Loft is air-conditioned and features beautiful teak furniture with tropical ambience.
Watch your favorite movies in the evening or read a book under the breeze of the overhead fan. Or, walk to one of the many local eateries in Coral Bay and enjoy the sounds of acoustic guitar or a jazz ensemble with dinner.
Pummelo Loft is the perfect size for an intimate vacation, located in the heart of Coral Bay, close by the award-winning beaches of St. John.
Bright linens and a comfortable teak bed make Pummelo Loft inviting at the end of your day. Pummelo Loft is tastefully decorated with a Caribbean theme.
In addition to a kitchen, living space, and bedroom space, Pummelo Loft studio boasts a full-sized bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, separated from the studio layout by a door for privacy.
Located off street-level on the top floor of the three story Seagrape building in “downtown” Coral Bay, The Pummelo Loft features a wraparound deck for comfortable sitting, dining, and people-watching. Enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail at the end of the day!

Centrally-located, with Skinny Leg’s just across the street and a small conclave of eateries all right in Coral Bay, including Rhumb Lines, Pickles Deli, Aqua Bistro, Oasis Bar & Grill, and The Salty Mongoose. Shop at any one of 3 Coral Bay grocery stores as well. The St. John bus stops directly across the street from Pummelo Loft! Everything you need is just a bird's flight away.
Please note, there is a ladder type staircase to the loft.
Pummelo Loft is a non-smoking villa.
Great balcony with view of Coral bay. Good location in the quieter, less crowded side of the island. Skinny legs is across the street. Hosts were great with info. Dive shop in the same building that were awesome.

The rental exceeded our expectations! The location is great, the room was large (the Pummelo loft is the largest of the 3 on the property), and the hospitality from the host was exceptional. If you are looking for an island experience, this is a fantastic option. With several markets close by and the full kitchen, it was easy to make quick meals and head out the beach with snacks. The dive shop on the bottom provided easy access to snorkeling gear. Highly recommend the Pummelo loft!

Beautiful place! My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay here! Highlights: – Nice, long porch perfect for taking in the view of the bay, reading, or having a meal outside. – Very close to Skinny Legs and Rhumb Lines restaurants – both which were tasty! – Easy parking!! You don’t realize how great of a thing this is until you drive St. John and see how insanely steep many of the other driveways are. Easy parking was a major plus for us. – Place is exactly as pictured – it felt newly done, spacious, open, and clean. – Comfortable bed – Access to full kitchen and TV equipped with all sorts of streaming platforms. Wifi worked great. – Donkeys, goats, and roosters nearby were entertaining (be aware though – you will occasionally wake up to said animals in the night) – Quieter side of the island, which we really enjoyed. – Is located alongside two other Airbnbs (Key Lime, Clementine) but we were not bothered by this at all. We could not hear anything through the walls and wouldn’t have even known. (Pummelo has the best porch view of the three though) – Snorkel shop conveniently located underneath for renting gear Overall, this was a perfect fit for us and we would highly recommend!
