Pummelo Loft is a fully air-conditioned efficiency studio apartment that can be rented alone, or together with 2 other studio apartments in the same building (Clementine and Key Lime Lofts)

Watch your favorite movies in the evening or read a book under the breeze of the overhead fan. Or, walk to one of the many local eateries in Coral Bay and enjoy the sounds of acoustic guitar or a jazz ensemble with dinner.

Located off street-level on the top floor of the three story Seagrape building in “downtown” Coral Bay, The Pummelo Loft features a wraparound deck for comfortable sitting, dining, and people-watching. Enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail at the end of the day!

Centrally-located, with Skinny Leg’s just across the street and a small conclave of eateries all right in Coral Bay, including Rhumb Lines, Pickles Deli, Aqua Bistro, Oasis Bar & Grill, and The Salty Mongoose. Shop at any one of 3 Coral Bay grocery stores as well. The St. John bus stops directly across the street from Pummelo Loft! Everything you need is just a bird's flight away.
Please note, there is a ladder type staircase to the loft.
Pummelo Loft is a non-smoking villa.
Great loft, right across the street from Skinny Legs and within walking distance to a handful of other breakfast/lunch/dinner spots. Everything was very well laid out in the loft and we had everything we could have possibly needed. Great stay in Coral Bay!

This loft is in a great location if you plan to stay in Coral Bay! Karen and the team were in great communication the whole time, and made the process easy. There were beach chairs, towels, and coolers which were a very nice touch. There is a dive shop downstairs for rentals, and four easily available restaurants within walking distance. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

French doors open give you a spectacular view of coral bay and at night the lights on the mountain? Amazing! The bus stop is right out the door as well as the best burgers in St John at Skinny Leggs
