Watch your favorite movies in the evening or read a book under the breeze of the overhead fan. Or, walk to one of the many local eateries in Coral Bay and enjoy the sounds of acoustic guitar or a jazz ensemble with dinner.

Bright linens and a comfortable teak bed make Pummelo Loft inviting at the end of your day. Pummelo Loft is tastefully decorated with a Caribbean theme.
In addition to a kitchen, living space, and bedroom space, Pummelo Loft studio boasts a full-sized bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, separated from the studio layout by a door for privacy.
Located off street-level on the top floor of the three story Seagrape building in “downtown” Coral Bay, The Pummelo Loft features a wraparound deck for comfortable sitting, dining, and people-watching. Enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail at the end of the day!

Centrally-located, with Skinny Leg’s just across the street and a small conclave of eateries all right in Coral Bay, including Rhumb Lines, Pickles Deli, Aqua Bistro, Oasis Bar & Grill, and The Salty Mongoose. Shop at any one of 3 Coral Bay grocery stores as well. The St. John bus stops directly across the street from Pummelo Loft! Everything you need is just a bird's flight away.
Please note, there is a ladder type staircase to the loft.

Crow’s nest: More like home!” 5 of 5 stars My husband and I spent 5 nights in this newly built unit. UNIT: It was more like an apartment which was tastefully decorated and had a full-kitchen (except dish-washer). I must commend the owner on how clean the unit was and the care with which the kitchen was equipped with EVERYTHING one would need! The patio had beautiful potted plants and a table with chairs. LOCATION: A stone’s throw away from bars/restaurants with good music – Skinny legs, pickles in paradise & indigo grill. A 2-min drive to the dumpster (trash to be taken out everyday). Once you close all your doors, you can’t hear skinny legs’ blasting music through the night (ended around 10:30 ish) EXTRAS: Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler box/bag are all provided. The apartment was loaded with books and also had board games. The only Con: the payment for the rental had to be made by mailing checks. It would’ve been easier to make online/phone payments.

Thank you for a great week in beautiful St. John’s. The Crow’s Nest was exactly what I was looking for as a single person traveling alone. The space also would work well for additional people. I loved having a full size kitchen for cooking, but I especially loved the large porch and sitting outside early in the morning and evenings. The décor was fun also. It was a great place with multiple grocery store options nearby and two restaurant/bars within walking distance. The outdoor garden in the back is also a very nice touch. Kay, you and your team, are great to work with and provided good and timely feedback. I would highly recommend the place and hope to return soon.

Tim an I have a great time hiking ,snorkeling and relaxing. We love that we can walk to dinner! Hey, I think I left my swim suit hanging out on the porch. That means we are returning for sure!
