  1. What a beautiful villa. The views are amazing from the deck to Coral Bay and from the patio on the other side of the villa where the sunsets are amazing.

  2. We loved everything about our stay at Villa Nesta. Amazing views from the front and back and the perfect quiet location. The place was immaculate and communication simple. Conveniently located to get anywhere on the island, especially the North Shore beaches. Highly recommend this beautiful villa!

  3. Great views on both sides – Enjoyed staying in a couple of nights and just relaxing! Thank you for the well-equipped kitchen.
It was tough to get a table at several favorite restaurants in Cruz Bay (booked all week) so tried a couple in Coral Bay – Rhumblines was great! A bonus are the cats that appoint themselves as dinner companions – never begging, but right there if you are feeling generous. Skinny Legs was great for a burger (but an hour wait!) Salty Mongoose was good.
In Cruz Bay, Sun Dog has a great shrimp vera cruz burrito! Disappointed that LaTapa is closed while they relocate to waterfront. Can’t wait to get back next year and visit them – excellent food!
Snorkeling was best in Salt Pond (right side – go very far down the side of the bay for more vibrant corals)
Francis Bay is also best on the right side – the further from the beach, the better. Turtles, nurse shark, sting ray, parrot fish, puffer fish, octopus, squid, saw a huge variety of sea life! Hawksnest has 3 sections of reef – the one farthest to the left is the least damaged – swim over to the little “private beach” area only accessible by water towards the Caneel Bay Peninsula. A nice way to explore the grounds.
The house was clean, charming and well appointed. Definitely planning to return!
Great stargazing on both sides of the villa!

Perched on one of the highest peaks on St. John, the views from Villa Nesta are breathtaking. The large deck overlooks Coral Bay, Bordeaux Mountain, and surrounding islands. On the other side views extend towards Tortola, St. Thomas and the North Shore of St. John. Both sunrise and sunset are enjoyed from this beautiful spot on Ajax Peak. Villa Nesta is a modern one bedroom, one bathroom home with clean design features and updated amenities. The futon in the great room does offer a place for a third guest. An additional guest fee will apply. Floor to ceiling windows in the great room make this cozy villa feel open and bright. Air conditioning throughout keeps it nice and cool although not necessary with the sliding glass doors that open up to welcome the cool breezes in. A romantic and comfortable retreat for couples or a couple of friends. The amazing tropical air and stunning views will leave you wanting to return and stay longer year after year.
